- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread uncooked rice evenly in the baking dish and top with frozen vegetables.
- Whisk broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasonings, then pour over rice.
- Dot with butter, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 55 minutes.
- Uncover, add eggs to one side, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Stir everything together, season to taste, and serve warm.
