Burrito Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup chipotle sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  4. Layer beef, rice, sauces, and cheese in each tortilla.
  5. Roll burritos tightly.
  6. Sprinkle cheese in skillet and place burrito seam-side down.
  7. Cook until cheese forms a crispy crust, then flip briefly.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting and crisping results.
