Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and pistachio paste.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and cream.
- Pour filling over crust and bake 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, chill, then slice into bars and serve.
Notes
Chill fully before slicing for best texture.
