- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
- Add frozen potstickers and simmer until cooked through.
- Add greens and cook until just wilted.
- Serve hot with optional chili oil or green onions.
Notes
Customize with mushrooms, chili crisp, or tofu.
