Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 12 frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 green onions sliced

Equipment

  • Large pot or Dutch oven
  • Wooden spoon
  • Ladle

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth and soy sauce; bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add mushrooms and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add frozen potstickers and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Add chili oil or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
