Method
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broth, soy sauce, and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
- Add mushrooms and carrots. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in bok choy and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Do not overboil dumplings to prevent tearing. Add extra broth when reheating.
