Ingredients
  

Soup Base
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add broth, soy sauce, and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add frozen potstickers and simmer 6–8 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level to preference and avoid overcooking dumplings.
