- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and spinach in olive oil until wilted. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine meat, spinach mixture, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently and shape into evenly sized meatballs.
- Bake 18–22 minutes or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
- Rest briefly before serving.

Serve with pasta, sauce, or as an appetizer with dip.
