Ingredients
  

Base
  • 4 English muffins split in half
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place English muffin halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and lightly butter or oil them.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over each muffin half.
  4. Add chopped bacon on top of the cheese.
  5. Create a small well in the center and crack one egg into each muffin.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until egg whites are set.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish if desired, and serve warm.

Adjust baking time based on desired egg doneness.
