Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups apples sliced
  • 2 cups pears cubed
  • 1.5 cups seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1.5 cups orange segments
Orange Cinnamon Dressing
  • 0.5 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.75 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit, slicing and cubing as needed.
  2. Place prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, zest, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit.
  5. Gently toss until fruit is evenly coated.
  6. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add citrus just before serving to maintain texture.
