- Wash and dry the salad greens and place them in a large bowl.
- Segment the oranges and remove any seeds.
- Thinly slice the red onion and soak briefly in cold water, then drain.
- Whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil until emulsified.
- Add oranges, pomegranate arils, onion, feta, and nuts to the greens.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving and toss gently.
Notes
Assemble just before serving to keep greens crisp. Substitute maple syrup for honey to make vegan.
