- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish and line it with parchment or lightly grease.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the butter mixture over the bottom buns. Add roast beef evenly, then top with provolone slices and optional onions.
- Cover with the top buns and brush remaining butter mixture over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden.
- Meanwhile, simmer beef broth and au jus mix in a saucepan for 5 minutes. Season to taste and keep warm.
- Serve sliders hot with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Best served warm. Store au jus separately and reheat before serving.
