- Mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese on unbuttered side of two slices, then top with remaining bread.
- Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook sandwiches until golden and cheese is melted, flipping once.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Cook low and slow for best melt and crisp.
