Ingredients
  

Sandwich
  • 4 slices thick bread
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Butter knife

Method
 

  1. Mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place cheese on unbuttered side of two slices, then top with remaining bread.
  4. Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
  5. Cook sandwiches until golden and cheese is melted, flipping once.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Cook low and slow for best melt and crisp.
