- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak bites to a plate and let rest.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the skillet.
- Add minced garlic and cook 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and scrape up browned bits.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat, and cook 1 minute more.
- Stir in parsley and optional lemon juice, then serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use a hot skillet and avoid overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
