Ingredients
  

Steak & Potatoes
  • 1.5 lb ribeye or sirloin steak cut into chunks
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Bake potatoes for 25–30 minutes, flipping once.
  4. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic.
  6. Add steak to the pan, drizzle with garlic butter, and bake 10–15 minutes.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
