- Bring steak to room temperature and season generously with salt and pepper.

- Sear steak 3-4 minutes per side until golden crust forms.
- Add butter and garlic; baste steak for 1-2 minutes.

- Prepare sauce by melting butter, adding garlic, cream, and parmesan until thickened.
- Serve steak topped with parmesan sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For best results use freshly grated parmesan and allow steak to rest before slicing.
