Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease and stir in seasonings, ketchup, and mustard.
- Flatten biscuit dough into circles.
- Fill with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Seal tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and garlic.
- Brush bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Seal dough tightly to prevent cheese leakage. Let filling cool slightly before assembling.
