Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease and stir in seasonings, ketchup, and mustard.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough into circles.
  4. Fill with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
  5. Seal tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter and garlic.
  7. Brush bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle parmesan on top.
  8. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Seal dough tightly to prevent cheese leakage. Let filling cool slightly before assembling.
