Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain grease and season.
- Flatten biscuit dough pieces into circles.
- Fill with beef and cheese, seal into balls.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle parmesan.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Seal dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking. Best served warm.
