Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Dough & Topping
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain grease and season.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough pieces into circles.
  4. Fill with beef and cheese, seal into balls.
  5. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle parmesan.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Seal dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking. Best served warm.
