Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Slice cabbage into thick steaks, keeping the core intact.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush mixture generously on both sides of cabbage steaks.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Optional: add parmesan during last 5 minutes.
- Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
