Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
Topping
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Stir until dough forms, then knead until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
  5. Divide dough into muffin tin wells.
  6. Dimple dough and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Top with garlic, rosemary, and sea salt.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–22 minutes until golden.

Notes

Best served warm with olive oil or butter.
