Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer and season.
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and remaining butter.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp. Best served immediately with pasta, rice, or bread.
