- Brew strong coffee and set aside.

- Whisk brown sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves into the chai over low heat.

- Divide coffee between mugs and top with gingerbread chai mixture.
- Stir, garnish as desired, and serve hot.
