- Let goat cheese soften at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Slice goat cheese into thick rounds and gently roll into balls.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Warm honey slightly and drizzle over each piece.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.
- Drizzle with extra honey and garnish with thyme before serving.
Notes
For a no-bake version, chill instead of baking. Best served slightly warm or at room temperature.
