- Cook blueberries with honey and lemon juice until soft and jam-like.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Layer brie, blueberry compote, mozzarella, and cream cheese between bread slices.
- Cook in skillet over medium-low heat until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispness, cook with lid slightly covering skillet to help cheese melt evenly.
