Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into liners.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
- Add green food coloring and mix gently.
- Fill cups with batter and bake 15–18 minutes.
- Cool, chill for 2 hours, then top with red hearts.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for best color.
