Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp green food coloring
Topping
  • 24 red heart sprinkles

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into liners.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  5. Add green food coloring and mix gently.
  6. Fill cups with batter and bake 15–18 minutes.
  7. Cool, chill for 2 hours, then top with red hearts.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for best color.
