- Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into four steak-like patties.
- Sear patties in a hot skillet until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth and cream until smooth.
- Return steaks to skillet and simmer until cooked through.
- Stir in fresh dill and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh dill for best flavor and adjust sauce thickness with broth if needed.
