- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and cream soda.
- Fill cupcake liners and bake 18–22 minutes.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy.
- Pipe frosting onto cupcakes and serve.
Notes
For extra Butterbeer flavor, drizzle cupcakes with warm butterscotch sauce before serving.
