- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
- Mix ricotta, parmesan, garlic, and herbs.
- Spread filling over chicken and roll tightly.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle paprika.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest 5 minutes, slice, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Drain ricotta if watery to prevent excess moisture.
