Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp lightly and set aside.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink, then remove.
  5. Add sauce to skillet and cook until thickened.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet and toss to coat.
