- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let foam for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour and salt, then add yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead dough until smooth, then roll into rectangle on baking sheet.
- Brush dough with garlic butter and top with cheeses.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Slice into breadsticks and serve warm.
