Method
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold milk and let bloom for 5–10 minutes.
- Heat cream, eggnog, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
Notes
Do not boil the mixture or the gelatin may not set properly.
