Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 3 tbsp hot honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and heat pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Stretch pizza dough on floured surface and transfer to parchment.
  3. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
  4. Top with mozzarella, feta, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake until crust is golden and cheese bubbles, about 10–14 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle generously with hot honey before serving.

Notes

Adjust hot honey and chili flakes to control spice level.
