- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in flour gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Bake 50–55 minutes until deeply caramelized on top and center slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, allow cheesecake to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
