Method
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and push steak to one side of the skillet.
- Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss steak bites in the garlic butter until fully coated. Add parsley and lemon juice if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the pan. Cook steak in batches if needed.
