Ingredients
  

Steak Bites
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak or ribeye cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and push steak to one side of the skillet.
  5. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Toss steak bites in the garlic butter until fully coated. Add parsley and lemon juice if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the pan. Cook steak in batches if needed.
