- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat and add butter.
- Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Toss steak in garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan to achieve a perfect sear. Cook in batches if necessary.
