Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese low moisture
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup almond flour fine
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with melted cheese and egg until dough forms.
  5. Press dough into a thin pizza crust on parchment.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Add toppings and bake again until bubbly.

Notes

Best served fresh. Pre-bake crust for sturdier slices.
