  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 0.33 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook shrimp in olive oil until pink, then remove.
  2. Sauté garlic, toast orzo, then add broth and simmer.
