Ingredients
  

Truffles
  • 10 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes unwrapped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Crumble Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll mixture into balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip truffles in chocolate and decorate as desired.
  7. Let set before serving.

Notes

Decorate with red and green drizzle for a festive look.
