Method
- Crumble the Christmas Tree Cakes into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mix until combined and smooth.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small 1–1.5 inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffle balls in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip chilled truffles into melted white chocolate, then place back on parchment.
- Decorate with green candy melt zig-zags and sprinkles while the coating is still wet. Add pretzel stick trunks if desired.
- Let the truffles set completely, then serve or store in an airtight container.
