Ingredients
  

Seafood Mixture
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat finely chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat picked over
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Fold in lobster and crab gently.
  4. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings.
  5. Shape into balls and chill 20–30 minutes.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chilling helps maintain shape. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
