Brownie Batter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Add dry ingredients to a microwave-safe mug and mix well.
  2. Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until just set.
  5. Rest 1 minute before serving warm.

Notes

Do not overcook; brownie will continue setting after microwaving.
