Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt until fully combined.
- Place Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until fully coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable bag or bowl with powdered sugar. Toss until fully coated.
- Spread the coated cereal on the prepared baking sheet and let cool until set, about 15–20 minutes.
- Break into clusters and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra crunch, add crushed pretzels. For festive flavor, use white chocolate and sprinkles.
