Chocolate Ball Mixture
  • 1.5 cups crushed chocolate biscuits
  • 0.75 cup date paste
  • 0.5 cup melted chocolate dark or milk
  • 0.25 cup ground pistachios
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk or cream as needed

Method
 

  1. Combine crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, pistachios, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add date paste and melted chocolate, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and add milk if needed to form a dough.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls.
  5. Coat balls in cocoa powder or pistachios if desired.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
