Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8-inch springform pan. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add honey, vanilla extract, and crushed lavender. Mix until combined.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture gently.
- Pour filling over chilled crust. Smooth top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle honey over cheesecake and garnish with lavender or edible flowers before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use culinary-grade lavender. Can also add fresh berries for garnish.
