- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, honey, and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan. Chill in refrigerator.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add honey, vanilla, and crushed lavender. Mix well.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth top. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle extra lavender buds before serving.
- Slice with a hot, dry knife for clean pieces.
