- Whisk matcha powder with warm water until smooth and set aside to cool.
- Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Beat mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream gently into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly into matcha mixture.
- Layer soaked ladyfingers and cream mixture in serving dish.
- Repeat layers and smooth top.
- Refrigerate at least 240 minutes before serving. Dust with matcha before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, chill overnight and dust with fresh matcha before serving.
