Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.75 cup green olives pitted and chopped
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine feta and cream cheese or yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Mix until creamy but slightly textured.
  3. Stir in chopped olives, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle in olive oil and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Best served chilled or at room temperature.
