Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz penne pasta
Steak and Sauce
  • 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet and sear seasoned steak slices; remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic in same skillet with butter.
  4. Add beef broth, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  7. Return steak to skillet and simmer briefly before serving.

Notes

Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level. Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
