Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks sirloin or ribeye
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and prepare a sheet pan.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Season steaks generously and prepare the parmesan crust mixture.
  4. Add steaks to the pan and press parmesan mixture on top.
  5. Bake until steak is cooked to desired doneness and crust is golden.
