- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and prepare a sheet pan.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast for 20 minutes.
- Season steaks generously and prepare the parmesan crust mixture.
- Add steaks to the pan and press parmesan mixture on top.
- Bake until steak is cooked to desired doneness and crust is golden.
