Ingredients
  

Bread Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 tsp instant yeast
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add water and olive oil, mix until dough forms.
  3. Fold in garlic and parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover and let rise 12–18 hours.
  5. Shape dough and rest 30–45 minutes.
  6. Bake in preheated Dutch oven until golden.

Notes

For best flavor, allow the dough to ferment overnight.
